The HOH Ownership in Common Scheme, enables two or more investors, acquire, and share ownership of any property of their choice in any of our Estates, or properties either for rental income or one-off sale.
Every co owner is allowed to request for a termination of their share of ownership when they are ready to take profit.
A facility manager is appointed to every team that makes up the co owners of each property. The subscriber is to notify the company of his intention to end his ownership of such property. For faster response, he should also contact and inform his facility manager of such intentions. The facility manager will immediately notify the company of this request. The company will do the paper work required, after which, the investor gets his money transferred to his bank account.
