HOH Properties started as a Law firm (JC Godfrey & Co) that focused on Property Law Practice for years. We helped our clients verify lands and documents before they made financial commitments. We also helped them manage their real estate portfolios to ensure good profit.

After many years of managing real estate portfolios for ourselves, and clients, and ensuring our real estate had high liquidity value, we decided to take it a step further.

Also, seeing the high rate of insecurities, malpractices, and scam in the real estate    sector, especially when it comes to buying genuine properties that are not only free from government acquisition, but free from  all kinds of encumbrances and hidden disputes. We decided to help as many investors as possible benefit from real estate investing by ensuring their investment is safe and has high potentials. 

Our mission is to design and develop premium estates that offer a harmonious blend of aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. We strive to create communities that elevate the quality of life and provide a lasting legacy for generations to come.

The mission of HOH LTD is to develop estates and buy houses; either old undervalued homes, homes of distressed sellers, or foreclosed houses. We do a bit of rehab as the case maybe, then we markup, and flip (that is resell).

We are focused on developing estates and buying distress undervalued houses with a lot of potentials also. We are especially interested in developing sophisticated estates and finding properties that have been poorly run and poorly maintained, acquiring them for a very low price, rehabbing them and selling them for profit or putting them up for rent as the case may be.

INVESTMENT OFFERINGS

We are offering over 15% share of profit with our investors who will be funding the flipping deals.

POTENTIAL OFFERINGS

After we have established positive base to build on, we will extend our activities to other parts of Nigeria then the global market. This does not however mean that we won’t take deals from outside Lagos if it is brought to us. It just means we will concentrate our flipping activities in Lagos. Our estate development services cuts across the entire nation of Nigeria.
